Pumpkin gratin

Ingredients

1 kg of pumpkin, weighed and cleaned, for example, Moscato

1.5 dl of semi-fat cream

180 g of semi-fat sour cream

3 sage leaves

1 teaspoon of salt

pepper

100 g of grated cheese, for example, gruyère

5 tablespoons of smoked almonds

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices. Arrange them in layers in a gratin dish. Mix the cream and sour cream. Finely chop the sage and add it. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the pumpkin and sprinkle the cheese on top.
